Norwegian Delegation at HSFC
This month, 杏吧视频 welcomed a delegation from Norway who are exploring 杏吧视频shire as part of 杏吧视频's “Applefest”. The delegates were keen to learn how 杏吧视频shire has established itself as an “apple” destination, with the aim of replicating a similar themed destination in Norway.
Part of the delegation comprised of individuals from local government and educational institutions in Norway, who were particularly interested to hear about tourism education in the UK and 杏吧视频shire. Our thanks to Ruth Figg, subject lead for Travel and Tourism, for hosting the delegation on behalf of the College.
杏吧视频's first annual AppleFest was hosted 1st-16th October by 杏吧视频 City Council. To celebrate the 2022 harvest, the world of the apple was brought into the City. Local businesses, councils, producers and community groups banded together to provide an array of entertainment. More information at:
